Being so hands on, Luigi & Marisa set out to improve their restaurants service to the best it can be. Following the ethos of ‘We’d like the service in Gigi’s to reflect an optimum dining experience of how we have been served in the past or how we would like to be served in any other restaurant – and how we can make it better’.
For years we have worked on getting the basics right, taking a reservation efficiently, correct name, contact details, special requests (it all makes a big difference); to seating a customer and ensuring the first steps in our service platform is positive.
Our business is built around the core of the service we deliver. We fully understand that the experience we deliver will determine whether or not our customers will return for more in the future. The standard expected by us runs from the kitchen right onto the floor, from the chefs presentation and care to the delivery of the food to your table.
