All of our food is cooked using local ingredients and is created with our customers in mind.
We have taken time to perfect our menu and also ensure that our dishes meet the standards expected from our customers.
Most recently we have moved on to creating a little bit of a ‘show’ at the table. For example we’ve introduced a Melting Chocolate Bomb dessert in which hot caramel sauce is poured over a chocolate dome to reveal it’s contents, as well as a candy floss martini, pouring the already pre made bar mixture over fresh candy floss for a disappearing effect. The reaction of our customers is great and encourages us to work on this further.
